Before you purchase a parrot, or even if you are just thinking about it, please read the parrot information section first!!
For the well being of the parrots, since it is such a huge responsibility, if you choose a large parrot like a cockatoo or macaw for example, you must have large parrot experience or have researched the parrot of choice first before I will let you take one home!! I don't mean to sound harsh but these parrots mean the world to me and I want to make sure you know what you are getting into and that they will be going to forever homes!
If you choose one that is being handfed, I encourage you to schedule as many weekly visits as possible until he/she is weaned and ready to go home with you! This will help to start forming a bond with your new baby before he/she goes home and it wont be as scary for him/her!

I always welcome the advice from other breeders, parrot owners and former parrot owners--Everyone has different oppinions and different things work for different people, I welcome those suggestions! You never know when a peice of advice may be extremely helpful!
I am also just an email away if you yourself have any questions at all about the parrots, I will try to answer/help as best I can-- but remember, I can only give you my opinion as to what has worked for me. I am also not an avian vet so please don't ask me medical questions that should only be answered by a professional vet.
